Terms & Conditions – Sooq Dadsters

By using, registering for, or accessing any part of Sooq Dadsters, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1) Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

1. Sooq Dadsters: the platform, app, website, and all related services.
2. User: any person who browses, uses, or registers on the Service.
3. Store: an account, page, or space designated for a commercial or professional activity on the platform.
4. Listing: any published content intended to offer a product, service, request, or activity.
5. Content: text, images, links, data, media, messages, or any material uploaded or published by a User.
6. Referral Program: the system through which a User may invite new users to Sooq Dadsters in exchange for rewards, subject to these Terms.

2) Nature of the Service

Sooq Dadsters is a digital platform for classified listings, stores, services, and in-platform communication. It is not a direct broker or intermediary in transactions between users unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific service.

Any contractual, commercial, or practical relationship between seller and buyer, or between service provider and service requester, remains the direct responsibility of those parties, and each party is responsible for verification, inspection, and agreement before completing any transaction.

3) Legal Eligibility

The Service is not directed to children, and users must be legally capable of using the interactive services offered by Sooq Dadsters.

Sooq Dadsters may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account or use of the Service if it determines that there is a violation of legal eligibility, misuse, or inconsistency with applicable laws or regulations.

4) Registration and Accounts

Some parts of the Service may be available without registration. However, certain features require user information or account-related details, including as follows:

1. In-app messaging: may require a name.
2. Posting a listing: may require a name, a valid phone number, and OTP verification.
3. Creating a store: requires a valid phone number verified by OTP and may require additional store-related information.

The User is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and agrees not to impersonate any person or entity or use misleading or false information.

A User may maintain more than one account or means of use where based on legitimate and accurate information, and Sooq Dadsters may take any action it deems appropriate where such flexibility is misused.

5) Use of the Service and Published Content

The User must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and the rights of others.

Sooq Dadsters may review, screen, reject, remove, suspend, or restrict any listing, store, or content, before or after publication, whenever it deems this necessary for quality control, compliance, safety, platform integrity, or the interest of the platform or its users.

The platform may apply operational or organizational limits to certain listings, stores, categories, or content, and may amend such limits or mechanisms from time to time.

6) Responsibility for Content and Transactions

The User bears sole responsibility for:

1. The legality of the content they publish
2. The accuracy and truthfulness of any listing, store, or service description
3. Ownership of, or rights to use, any images or materials published
4. The legality and safety of the products or services offered
5. Any obligations, damages, or disputes arising from content or resulting transactions

Sooq Dadsters does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, legality, suitability, or accuracy of products, services, stores, listings, or user-provided information.

7) Prohibited Content

Publishing, sharing, or promoting any content or activity that violates the law, public order, or these Terms is prohibited, including, without limitation:

1. Weapons, ammunition, dangerous materials, or prohibited items
2. Medicines, regulated products, or restricted substances without proper license or legal basis
3. Counterfeit goods or content infringing trademarks or intellectual property rights
4. Pornographic, sexual, or indecent material
5. Abusive, racist, hateful, threatening, or inflammatory content
6. Fraudulent, misleading, or fake listings
7. Malicious links, spam, or harmful software
8. Price manipulation, false information, or unrelated images
9. Impersonation of persons or entities
10. Any attempt to circumvent platform systems, policies, or the Referral Program

Sooq Dadsters may remove content, terminate accounts, or restrict access immediately and without prior notice where it determines or reasonably suspects a violation.

8) Communications and Notices

Sooq Dadsters may contact Users through appropriate channels necessary for operating the Service, including:

1. OTP verification messages
2. In-app or device notifications
3. Support, operational, or administrative communications
4. Other communication methods made available through the app or website

Users may control certain notifications through their device settings, but some essential account, security, or service-related communications may remain necessary.

9) Location and Permissions

Certain features may require access to location, camera, photos, notifications, or other permissions necessary to operate those features. The User acknowledges that certain functions, such as creating a store or posting a listing, may require a precise location or location-related data in order to function as intended.

10) Intellectual Property

The User retains ownership of the content they submit, provided they own it or are legally authorized to use and publish it.

By publishing content through the Service, the User grants Sooq Dadsters a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, limited to what is necessary to:

1. Host the content
2. Store it
3. Display it
4. Publish it within the Service
5. Review or technically format it as needed
6. Operate, improve, and maintain the platform

Copying, imitating, reproducing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or misusing the app, its interfaces, brand, logos, design elements, or technical structure without written authorization is prohibited.

11) External Services and Links

Sooq Dadsters may rely on third-party services for technical or operational purposes, such as hosting, analytics, maps, messaging, or notifications. It may also provide links or integrations with external websites or applications. Sooq Dadsters is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

12) Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Sooq Dadsters does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the absence of defects, inaccuracies, or commercial or practical risks associated with user transactions.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sooq Dadsters shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

1. Use of or inability to use the Service
2. User content
3. Disputes or dealings between users
4. Technical failures, interruptions, or delays
5. Reliance on any listing, store, message, or content published through the Service

14) Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold Sooq Dadsters harmless from any claims, losses, costs, fees, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

1. Breach of these Terms
2. Violation of law
3. Infringement of third-party rights
4. Content published by the User
5. Misuse of the Service or the Referral Program

15) Account Suspension or Termination

Sooq Dadsters may, at any time, suspend, restrict, terminate, or remove an account or its content, immediately and without prior notice, where it determines that the User has violated these Terms, misused the platform, or exposed users, the Service, or the system to risk.

The User may also request deletion of their account or use any available account deletion tool within the app.

16) Referral Program and Rewards

Sooq Dadsters operates an ongoing Referral Program allowing Users to invite new users to the platform through personalized referral links.

16.1 Program Start and Nature

The program is an ongoing Referral Program and became effective on March 12, 2026. Sooq Dadsters may amend, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the program at its discretion and in accordance with these Terms.

16.2 Referral Mechanism

1. Each eligible User may receive a unique referral link.
2. Referrals are tracked through the designated referral link.
3. Sooq Dadsters may attribute a referral to the most recent valid referral link used prior to registration, in accordance with its applicable time window and technical rules.
4. Sooq Dadsters is not obligated to disclose all technical attribution rules or internal allocation criteria.

16.3 Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral means a valid new registration accepted by Sooq Dadsters after automated and/or manual verification under its applicable anti-fraud and integrity rules.

No referral shall be deemed eligible or rewardable unless and until it has been approved by Sooq Dadsters in accordance with its internal systems and controls.

16.4 Reward Calculation

1. Every 100 Qualified Referrals entitles the User to a reward of 20 Jordanian Dinars.
2. Rewards may be repeated each time the User reaches a new threshold of 100 Qualified Referrals.
3. There is currently no fixed cap on the number of reward cycles, unless announced otherwise later.

16.5 Verification and Fraud Prevention

Sooq Dadsters may use verification and anti-fraud measures, including, without limitation:

1. IP address
2. Device identifiers
3. Technical and operational logs
4. Abuse indicators or unusual patterns
5. Automated and/or manual review

Sooq Dadsters is not obligated to disclose the details of its protection mechanisms or the technical logic used for verification, approval, or exclusion.

16.6 Grounds for Rejection or Exclusion

Sooq Dadsters may reject, disqualify, or exclude any referral if it determines or reasonably suspects the existence of:

1. Fake or non-genuine accounts
2. Automated or manufactured registrations
3. Misuse of devices or technical means
4. Attempts to manipulate or bypass referral logic
5. Spam or abusive sharing of referral links
6. Any conduct or pattern deemed inconsistent with the fairness or integrity of the program

The decision of Sooq Dadsters in such matters shall be final after review.

16.7 Reward Payout

1. Rewards may be paid in cash or by transfer, as determined by Sooq Dadsters or as agreed with the User.
2. Payout will generally be made within 24 hours from approval of eligibility, unless additional review is required.
3. Sooq Dadsters may request information necessary to complete payout, including transfer details or collection information.
4. The User is responsible for the accuracy of any payout or collection details they provide.

16.8 Suspension or Refusal of Payout

Sooq Dadsters may suspend, delay, or refuse payout before payment if verification is required or if there are indications of fraud, violation, or conflict with these Terms.

After payout has been delivered, it may only be revisited in limited cases, such as:

1. Clear fraud
2. A material accounting error

16.9 Program Modification or Termination

Sooq Dadsters may modify, suspend, or terminate the program. If the program is to be terminated, Sooq Dadsters will, in principle, provide existing users with prior notice of at least three months before general termination, and may close entry to new participants from the date of notice while allowing existing participants a reasonable period to regularize or complete their position under the announced rules.

16.10 Complaints and Appeals

Complaints or appeals relating to the Referral Program shall be submitted through the technical support WhatsApp contact identified within the app, and the final decision shall rest with Sooq Dadsters after review.

17) Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by the latest Privacy Policy – Sooq Dadsters, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

18) Amendments

Sooq Dadsters may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after publication of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

19) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the competent courts of West Amman shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
